Intense ruby red colour with garnet hues, persistent and complex bouquet with light spicy notes and hints of overripe fruit reminiscent of cherry jam and dried figs. The body, of all respect, pleasantly envelops the palate with honeyed sensations mitigated by the right acidity.

Drying the grapes on the vine and harvesting by hand in plastic crates
Destemming and soft crushing of the grapes, maceration in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (23 -25°c) for 10/15 days with selected indigenous yeasts
6/8 months in large French oak barrels and then in steel

Excellent with strong-tasting and mature cheeses, dry almond pastries and fruit tarts
